Directions from the SOUTH

My office is in Palms Plaza at the southwest corner of 7th Street and Howard Ave.

Coming to Dade City from the SOUTH you will be coming from Zephyrhills on US 301.  If you're 
coming from Tampa - don't even think Zephyrhills. Go north on I-75 to the Florida Route 52 exit 
and follow the directions from the west.

South of Dade City route 98 from Lakeland joins 301 and it becomes 301 / 98 north.  Just beyond 
the merge of these roads there is a traffic light at Clinton Ave where there is a Sunbank and a 
Circle K.  Continue to follow routes 301 / 98 north.  

Around McDonald's & Wendy's get into the left lane.  Follow "Downtown" Business 301 / 98.  Do 
not take the bypass.  You will then be on 7th Street headed north.

There is a traffic light at the bypass junction, and you will see a park on your right.  As you 
crest the hill, you may miss seeing the Women's Club on your right, but it is immediately before 
another Sunbank branch. 

A block north of Sunbank you will see Hometown Specs on your right - prepare to make a left turn.
Look for the Osceola Tavern on your left. Immediately past the Osceola in the entrance to our 
parking lot.

The building is shaped somewhat like the letter "L" and we are the foot of the L.  Our office is 
at the back (west) end of the building.  Our door faces east looking upon 7th Street - all the 
other doors face south looking onto the parking lot.
